He's sending a truck over to collect the car tomorrow and wants to pay cash but he only has NI notes he says. Also no time to get English notes from the bank
Sounds plausible but I've not seen any before so don't really want to get screwed....if possible

Think I will just take the cash to the bank with him before releasing the car
