I fitted a 4x4 rear end to mine and the rear anti roll bar fitting on the arms were different to that of the xr4i.Unless you can find a mk1 xr4x4, i believe theye the same. I had to cut off the 4i fitting and weld them to the 4x4 axle.
yea the mk1 4x4 is a straight swap, but as you can see its the mk2 4x4 back end we got, so will weld the new mounts to the floor, to use the mk2 rollbar!
