Load of fooking shit. fooking goverment i can't stand them u can't do this u can't do that and the things u are aloud to do they tax the fuck out of u for it. u can't even have a shag without paying the goverment tax.

like they done in america the limit used to be 70mph in the 70's i think and then they changed it to 60mphs because of emisions, most places its 55mph over their now but then they do have traffic lights ect on some of their highways
