Dandan, the best way I found for the underseal was a blowtorch and wallpaper scraper, this got the bulk of it off and what it didn't get off it loosened it up / made it brittle, so that a quick skim over with an grinder with a wire wheel attachment took the rest off a treat! If you don't do the blowtorch part, I found it to be a right pain just with the angle grinder, and you get tar stuck to everything!!!
