Just get them from Ford. Think they were under £15 iirc. Get a decent tool for about £10 and the rest is a doddle.

Take the spark plugs out as it makes it easier to turn the engine by hand and also stuff rag around the vlve you are working on. Dropping a collet down an oil way is a right pisser
