did you not get any fitting instructions mate??

personally, what i would do is mount the round bit with the hole for the inlet so its facing IN to the plenum with the t/b bolted directly to it, it looks as tho you have enough metal to drill the 4 holes and bolt the t/b on to it.

be easyer to route the throttle cable too.
