I would have thought that they could implement some kind of decent Verification system, so buyers have to have a confirmed address and landline telephone number, even if you had to pay a nominal fee to join.

I am helping a guy out who got stung for nearly £500 for an item that I VERY nearly bought, hopefully he is going to go and visit the guy!!

Shame really, because Ebay is so handy, just a shame that a few have to ruin it.
