more like a miliion an acre in the city if not more
easily cause i know its been paid for some near me.
but a few years ago when my dad was meant to be selling some but it all flocked up this was about 20 acres i think at about 255 grand for that but it was to a property developing company so...
well prices are obvously far cheaper were you live then
price in edinburgh is rougly 1m an acre id say more if it in city centre.im sure it more than this in places like london aswell
tbh ive never heard of anyone loosing money on a house they have built themselves
