my old boss bought a geogian house that was totally fooked for 1000 quid of islington council back in 91, he totally rebuilt it and the cost of everything including fittings came to just under 60k, thats a 6 bedroom 2 kitchens, and lots of general rooms too and a hoooge garden

he sold it in 97 for 350k, its JUST sold last year for,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,1.7 million


now he was proud at the cash he got from it, hes not pissed he sold it sooo soon

he now owns a new built house in brentwood that he paid 200k for, thats now worth 500k
