Cold start has been disconnected and the metering head flap doesn't seem to noticably pulse
There's ur start problem - it's prob got an air leak. To check, press it down very slightly when it next won't start, and see if she coughs/starts.
If it's fouling, its far too rich. Check temp sensors and fuel pressure.
