As Rob said 2 posts up there was a wiring fault. Unfortunately the explanation I got from the lass didn't make much (any) sense. Rob knows the score in relation to this however and I'm sure he'll sort her out.

Just wanted to help a fellow club member out as she's had a lot of mates that "know loads" tinkering.

Cold start has been disconnected and the metering head flap doesn't seem to noticably pulse. Plugs foul all the time within 10 minutes of cleaning them up they are black and sooty again. Especially when trying to restart
