Disconnect the cold start injector. Does the metering flap pulse when it's hot and ur trying to start it? When does it foul the plugs? If it's fouling the plugs, it's obv rich. If some has wound the timing up, then they could have also wound up the fuel pressure to supress det from this large advance. If all sensors and wiring seems fine, give the fuel pressure actuator a 1/4 turn anti clockwise to see if it improves things.
