I am currently building my own house mate and yes yes and yes its a good deal i have a massive garage a pitr lol every thing is how u want it.i went all under floor heating etc its the bling il dig out some pics of the build if your interested??But defo planning can be a bit of a pain depending where u are.But if u know the right people u will be fine lol.Time is also all about who u have doing it they have been here 4 months now and just about finished all my walls are stone cut aswell so like 1 and a half foot thick walls
