Firstly, looks very good, black especially.
My only tips from a personal perspective:
On the home page, you list "Arts | Landscape | Monochrome" - I thought that was the menus and had to do a couple more takes and hovering to find the "Enter" button.
Inside menu is good and very asthetically pleasing.
I would put the feedback form on a completely seperate page, the reason being, html buttons look untidy compared to flash which has a very clean look. I would perhaps have a seperate menu altogether for the contact/feedback point.
Oh and is that a dead person hanging in the first picture once you have entered?
HTH mate and definately a good looking site in the making

Firstly, thanks, and secondly the image is guy fawkes lol - we're in the month of November, so bonfires & fireworks are have been the thing, and each month that image will change to suit something in that month
To be honest, you mentioned all the things I possibly don't like about the site myself...how flukey is that
Right, first things first, going to jump into Photoshop and change the splash page text under my site name arts | landscape |....and make the enter button easier to see
then, I'll think about making a small menu barbetween the top logo and the start of the flash menu, with maybe comments - contact - links, somethign along those line
I'll then get back to you
