But if you give me some clues I might be able to help you.....
I know a guy who does conversions for two or three different gearboxes.
They are better because its an even push from the centre rather than the traditional lever affair with a slave cylinder, actuating rod and clutch arm
I dont beleive they wear any differently to other release bearings, why would they ?
But dont take my word for it, anyone who drives a SAAB or even a Mondeo should know as they've had them for years.
