Hybrid Escort Cosworth Garrett T34 with ported exhaust housing, ceramic coated inside and out.
Garrett -31 wastegate actuator
Custom made stainless water feed pipes
Oil drian pipes

Custom Cast exhaust manifold, ported and gas flowed, machined to fit turbo under bonnet. Cermaic coated inside and out. Wraped in heat wrap to reduce under bonnet heat. This will not crack like most other manifolds.

Stainless flanges for exhaust, (may include exhaust shown for the right price as it means me having another one made). 3" stainless exhaust has been covered in heat wrap to reduce underbonnet temp.

Stainless Steel HKS turbo heat shield

Sale does not include air filter or oil feed pipe. (can supply if the price is right but it means me buying a new one the same).

This set up is good for well over 320bhp with the correct set up.

Upgrading to tubular manifold and GT Series Turbo for more power.
