iirc. it should have 2 12volt lives an earth and switching signal coming form it which goes to the coil.
I would check this then remove the module and there are 2 wire plug in the bottom of it connect a volt meter set to AC volts across these two terminals on the dissy side, and you should get 0.5 volts rising. this tells you the dissy is alright and the module is junk.
