My big brother bought a 2 year old Scooby last month hes in his late 30,s and has 0 NCB he cant afford anything over £1600 problem is he has a Pro performance pack on it which has raised the bhp from 265 to 305. He went with a company but when they found out about the performance pack they refused to insure it.

Does anyone know of any insurance companies that might do really good prices as he has tried some subaru insurers which have quoted him best part of 2 grand? My opinion is that he should buy a fast ford but there ya go any input would be greatly appreciated many thanks
