Hi Bal,

Most of our underwriters take information over the phone these days to save you filling in the S%*%$Y forms when making a claim.

They then print out what you advised them and send to you to check and complete a picture of the accident scene for complicated accidents or if you feel a diagram would be helpful to them.

Sorry to hear what happened when your neighbour reversed into your car buddy... what a nightmare. Bet your neighbour is everytime he sees the dent.

Have you tried just getting an estimate/pro-forma invoice and claiming directly from his Insurer to save you the paperwork??
