Not without causing running problems. The problem is that OFAB compatible map sensors output a voltage in the region of 0 -5 volts regardless of their operating range. i.e. a standard sensor may output say 5v at it's maximum pressure reading whilst a sensor with a greater operating range may output only 3.33v at the same pressure and the ecu will be getting a false idea of what the true boost pressure is.
