god i am bored at work, did a search on the code.

the car is in 1 of these areas

Caldicot 01291
Chepstow 01291
Raglan 01291
Shirenewton 01291
Tintern 01291
Usk 01291
Wolvesnewton 01291

which is in Wales, near cardiff.....
