hi guys.
rite been going to the gym quite a while now, and yea im fairly big for my size. 5ft 7, 11 1/2 stone. but i seem to of come to a halt on putting muscle gains on


i take no supplements at all, and ill admit my diet aint exactly what u'd call good

. is it supplements i now need and to change me diet?
