I dont know if this has any bearing on what your problem is but i remember when Karl Norris was mapping Broms 3DR he was having prolems with the 9 pin connector plug.
It was something along the lines of it was not a mirror image from one layout of pins to the other (If you get what i mean)
Cant think of how to explain it.................
Pin 1 was going to pin 9
Pin 2 was going to pin 8
ect.....

ding went to a computer shop to get an adapter but got the wrong one
i think all the late ecu now have the same plug on
simons coming ova next week to do my muli coil set up (coil on plug) x4 not wasted spark
