If there is an indoor area incase of bad weather then yes

IMO You would then need to insure that on a rainy day there is still enough to occupy peoples interest.

Not sure how popular a track session would be if the weather turned nasty, i dont even go on track in the summer lol

Although the venue does sound good, its just filling it with the right stuff imo
