oh and how many times do you have a mad rush to keep the shop tidy as the area manager is coming,,,,,,,,,,,,, doesnt that mean the stores level of house keeping is shite


get a job in a big company in the city ect thats where the cash is, retail is not long term, part time staff last about 6 months and full time generally 2 years, then they become either a good member of staff and move and progress cause when they stay you get no new ideas or approachs, just excuses and moaning about wages


btw i dont hate management, just in all the jobs ive done i seen all types of managers and then best ive noticed that get me to work and the ones that call me a cunt and are very very straight honest and somtimes too agressive, then take you out for a beer that night

the boss i got now is a wierd fooker, but hes sooooo fucking hard working ect he relys on a good team and hes ships seem to run well, as when they dont he makes em walk the plank


not judging you by anymeans but how manay managers of currys ect have been there over 2 years, how many moved on to other things "following the money" then you got left to sort the shite out
