the manage people not the product is my total point though

how can you resolve a issue when you dont know what the problem is


thats why theres trainee managers, people who can manage people whilst learning a prduct

companys with that outlook end up like halfords ect, get a bad rep of the staff not knowing shit and the manager being even worse


how can a kid on 5 quid a hour respect a manager who dont know how to install a amp or understand why theres been 4 times the amount of batteries been delivered in december when your trying to sell bikes ect


managing people aint hard, its making em work on your day off thats hard
