i really hate managment who sit in there ivory towers and claim what should be don but dont even know how to train there own staff to do the job proper
theres only soo long they can hide, but thats when they move to another company
oh and all halfords managers and hands on, none of em have a office of any description so that they can hide in there office like the higher managment do
anyone who applies for a job at the bottom end usually wants to success and develop with the company, if after 6 months they would rather work for 5 quid a hour than be management means theres a issue, emplying from outside is just a attempt to hide there internal issues
at the tottenham branch there was a manager who got recruited from mcdonalds, she lasted less than 6 months as she got nothing but digs off the older managers who have worked from a saturday boy as she was constantly saying about shes gonna develop the place to make money and do what should be done
first thing she implemented was sofa near the tills for the customers who had to wait to be served due to staff levels being soo short the till wasnt always manned
i mean of all the departments that need staff the actual till should be in the top 5,,,,,,, otherwise how do you take the money
