thats bollocks,the upper management are doing what all shit management does, blame others for the problems and then move to the next company just before it crashes into financial bollocls
the MD recently parted company from there
its the same with all big companys though
ive seen soooo many managers who are totally shite, they just mve about companys claiming new ideas ect for companys they have no knowlege about and after 18 months the place is turning to shote and they jump ship, leaving the new manager to sort the staff out there
the problem is higher managment mate

, all got ideas, but there actually just looking for reasons and ways to blame
i dont understand why they cant train there current staff to me management instead of recruiting internally,,,,,,,,,, maybe thats something to think of first
