The car is iddling and the rev counter is moving up and down slightly and is way off when driving ,shoots up and down the counter !! more likely be dicky rev counter,wiring,coil,etc

I have had the throttle body of and put it back on again and when bolting it back on the bolts feel as though they are being tightened into chocolate ,lol,
maybe need to drill and retap as this will cause you problems
