NOT against the law to have a lightly tinted film/window on the front passenger windows.
ps if u look @ Tiff's RangeRover from different angles the front WILL look darker if NOT the same as the rear ARE
BUT the Vectra if pulled they WOULD/COULD act in a way of fine or tell him to remove it from the fronts etc
