when i set up my paypal account i was told that 2 small charges will be coming from my bank account, no amount larger than a pound.........to cheack that it was my account

i had these charges and the activated my account and all is fine, just dont remember being re-imbursed for the ammounts (as the said they would). now i'm not moaning about the 60p and 40p cahrges that came off, just thinking that if they did that to all their users and no-one said anything, thats a million quid when they get a million users



just shocked me and i'm interested to know whether anyone else has though this......
