the heater matrix has gone on my series 2 i think. there was a damp patch in passenger and driver footwell so i took centre console out and lifted carpet at front of the car expecting to find rusty holes, but its actually not got any rust at all ! anyway i notice this liquid is stickyish then notice hte green liquid dripping from the bottom of the dash which is obviously the coolant so it must be hte matrix burst. is this common on these cars? do i need to take the whole dash out? how hard is it plz?
