easiest way to get nut from socket is if nut type then use a wheel stud off mk4 esc etc, screw into nut, hold this in vice and tap socket off, if stud type locker youve smashed socket on then use a normal wheel nut to hold still whilst tap socket off. all the same thread M12x1.5.
