Just a handy tip, powerflex are great bushes but for really hard track use, i went for TAS Solid nylon Front ARB and Solid Nylon Outer TCA Bushes. This cured the tremendous weaving that i suffered under hard braking. One word of advice if you run big brakes (Ap's etc) and full slicks on trackdays, be prepared for the N/S ARB nut to keep unwinding from the ARB - this is due to the huge amount of heat in that area.. I ended up drilling and splitpining my arb to stop this. Contrary to popular belief, the ride quality, noise levels ins't that bad.. I agree with the chap concerning the strut top bushes - waste of time & money... fit ford ones..just as good.
