hello people. i need sum info/ advice from u lot!!

wat do i do with my engine? currently i have a cvh 1600cc erst engine with 190bhp at the wheels so appx 230-240bhp engine at 16psi.

wat i know i want is between 300-350bhp from either zetec/zvh. dont think 1600 will be as reliable at this power and believe the torque will be much better with a zetec bottom end, correct me if im wrong!

ive looked at full zetec turbo, but have not yet got a price for a full zetec build to within my wanted power range. can anyone on here give me a price and spec it would be built to? anyone having one built at the mo hoping for similair power that could advise me?

other option would b a zvh engine with if need be steel bottom end, is this too much or will this virtually guarantee my bottom end at this power level? anyone got a zvh over 300bhp? could sumone pls give me idea of price and spec to build a zvh engine to over 300bhp and have it fairly reliable? bear in mind if i went for this option i could use my cvh modded head.

watever engine i go for i will have cossie management fitted as i have just about all i need at the mo, certainly the major parts.

please give me ur views and advice.
