i used deflex bushes excellent ...and half the price of power flex really makes the car feel a helluva lot 'tighter' i myself am a novice mechanic and i managed it ok try using a old socket and hammer to knock out the old bushes..rember the nut on the front anti roll bar drivers side is a left handed thread i.e it unwinds the opposite way from usual....i found this out the hard way... hope this helps
