It's an old picture of when it was built, but not yet fully finished. Those were the wheels that were on it to able pushing it around the garage. You might notice some minor parts missing too. It's on seven spokes now as it should. I should update the pictures, but my digital camera went bust some time ago and I haven't bought a new one yet.
