I was a butcher, trust me, compared to them we are unbelievably hygenic
They gut, kill and store them in the street. We're talking cats, dogs, everything and anything and no cleansing whatsoever. It is gross.
Me to is was a butcher for 5yrs and also worked in a slurter house for 2yrs and we over here do things alot cleaner and its all stored properly
