dipped the oil today and it was on max on the dipstick,went for a steady blast,came back,got out the car to open the garage door,went back to the car and the oil warning light was on.
switched the engine off and left it to cool down,dipped the oil and it was on max.
does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this ?
when restarting there wasn't any knocks or rattles.
