That gives you an idea on how bad they are. The brick actually rots and breaks down in time when constantly damp...and when the frost sets in. Youll notice many of the faces of the bricks have blown off.
A quick fix would be to replace the worst bricks, inject a dpc, point the brickwork and apply a silicone sealant...or instead of pointing render the lot, but the bricks are still behind the render
From those pictures id walk away as your not a builder and it could end up being costly! Id even probs walk away myself...but as i say without being there its hard to tell!

really cant put a price on it mate.... as for its value! I have just bought a much better 4 bed detatched house for a lot less than that sat on a good sized corner plot... soon to be 5 bed, 3 bath
But it depends on the area of the country doesnt it...
would i pay that for it? No way..... But again photos arent good enough for a price!
