That gives you an idea on how bad they are. The brick actually rots and breaks down in time when constantly damp...and when the frost sets in. A quick fix would be to replace the worst bricks, inject a dpc, point the brickwork and apply a silicone sealant...or instead of pointing render the lot, but the bricks are still behind the render
From those pictures id walk away as your not a builder and it could end up being costly! Id even probs walk away myself...but as i say without being there its hard to tell!

really cant put a price on it mate.... as for its value! I have just bought a much better 4 bed detatched house for a lot less than that sat on a good sized corner plot... soon to be 5 bed, 3 bath
But it depends on the area of the country doesnt it...
would i pay that for it? No way..... But again photos arent good enough for a price!
