just wondering what needs to be done to a zetec engine to safely rev it highly, to say 7500-8500rpm.

assuming its being fed enough air and fuel

ARP bolts in the bottom end
steel rods
all lightened and balanced with shot peened crank

is it a simple case of doing the above?
or is there more to it than this ?
