NOw, although this isn't the exact problem / message, it might help.

SYMPTOMS

CAUSE

Also, downloading the latest version of Jave could help resolve this

Alternatively, it could be the main folder options controlled by windows which can easily be changed, of, possibly an icon / folder which is possibly damaged.
