Default how do i take the head off?

I know this may be a bit bizzare but im really stuck with my old engine, i only got storage until end of this week

I have my old legacy 2.0 4cam turbo engine i think same as impreza its on a k plate and i really need to remove the cylinder head an cams of it, but i dont know how to go about it. I already got the engine out, manifolds are off so are the cam belts and cam covers from thier on im completly stuck.

Do i need to take the cams out before i can take the head off?

How do i get the cams out, do i need to remove the large wheel at the end of the cam shaft an will it slide out or do i need to remove the shells holding the cam in too?

How many bolts secure the head to the block i can see 3 large bolts under each cam and theres a huge one in the middle of the head are these what secure it to the block?

Also i cant remove the old turbo the bolts really tough to undo, do they go clockwise or anticlockwise and anyone got any tips?

Many thanks
