i posted a polybush thread on here a month or so ago,

i fitted full deflex with stainless inserts,
removal.
tips are-

rear inner wishbone bushes, burn em out!
rear inner tie-bar bushes ,burn em out!

in fact any you have trouble with, burn em,its smelly and dirty, but safer than cutting with a knife, take em off the car first tho!

fitting
tips are!
front arb outer bushes, compress the suspension when tightening up and torqueing,so the bush dont slip
steering rack bushes, set aside a day of swearing, skint knuckles and shite in your face, also go on a contorsionists lesson for reaching the bolts, drivers side reachable through wheel inner wing, and the passengers similar, the hardest to fit of all on a fully finished car.
rear hub/tiebar outer, again raise the rear wishbone(i used my jack as my wheels where all off)when tightening/torqueing up the nuts,to prevent a slipped bush.
rear arb/pivot bar,you need fuel tank off,and maybe invest in some new tie bar shackles from ford,£18 pluss vat each me thinks.
grease all components up librally, theyll set better, but really easy to fit otherwise
hope this helps.

print and keep.

ps,i got all my bushes in the same colour,i got my exhaust mounts the same too, deflex can do most colours if you ask and wait, they also do hard race compounds, mine are road ,and fine, stiff not squidgy! £96.delivered stainless inserts too!
