Okay, pushed flap down, fuel going through, but there is this whining noise, not from fuel pump, but from somewhere in the area of the metering unit, its like a screaming noise.. happens when flap is down, and happens at the exact same time the fuel pump primes, so its as if fuel is coming from pump, gets to this "bit" and this bit screams, but i dont think its the metering head..
am i making any sense?
