What a job I had trying to get through to the mobile phone network!!

was getting just a little pissed off of being put on hold all the time!!

It has taken me 2 1/2 hours to sort it out!!

but now sorted!!

who else has had this trouble!! they are fine till you need to get hold of them for a problem!!!
