I have a 1.8zvh with a compression of 10bar in each cylinder roughly 147.50 psi in each cylinder , does this mean its alright for a turbo ????
so long as the pistons have not been machined back to achieve this psi figure then yes what will be ok and you will be safe to run up to about 18psi however dont be tempted to go over 20psi as this is about the melting point of the pistons but on a std head, cam etc with 14psi of boost it should give back around 180 bhp like mine did
