What I mean is that in denmark, if you take your car off the road you give your plates to the police and they destroy them. And then if you want to get your car back on the road you pay for a new set of plates, and those plates will be new ones. So you can't use a cars plates as its refrence in denmark as the reg number, on the plates, will change depending on how many times it has been of the road. So there's really no way of telling.. unless you got a chassis number.
