if your car gets stolen and the bus que is hit your own insurance company has to pay if they catch the theif that was driving ,if the theif is not found the insurance pool pays not your insurance.I Have experienced this first hand they caught the thief at the scene my insurance had to pay for my cosworth and the injured innocent parties and up went my premiums.
