you only have 45 days to claim from paypal then the problem transfers to ebay

i been waiting 5 weeks for dvds ..seller "wanker" is now bouncing my emails back

so ive filed a complaint with ebay seller has 10 days to reply after complaint

is sent ..hope this helps
